Advantage

The IDT 3051/52 has a competitive pricing structure, high

performance, and surface mount capability, but unfortunately the

multiplexed bus requires external components and the RISC machine is

intolerant of wait states. Only a limited range of development tools is

available compared to those for the 68K.
